How to choose your safari
Gorillas only: 3–4 days
A focused trip to Bwindi or Volcanoes with one trek. Rwanda is the quickest from an international airport; Uganda's permit costs about half as much.
Gorillas and wildlife: 5–8 days
Add chimpanzees in Kibale, the Kazinga Channel and Ishasha's lions, or Akagera's Big Five in Rwanda.
The full circuit: 10 days
Murchison Falls, Kibale, Queen Elizabeth, Bwindi and Lake Mburo in one unhurried journey.
Short breaks and day trips
Three days at Murchison or Akagera, or a morning looking for the shoebill at Mabamba.

What does a quote include?
Every quote covers park fees, permits, lodges on full board, the vehicle, the guide and the listed activities. It depends on your dates, group size and lodge choices, and we confirm it in writing before you pay.
Are all safaris private?
Yes. You have your own vehicle and guide on every trip, never shared with other travellers.
Can we change an itinerary?
Any safari can be lengthened, shortened, upgraded or combined with another before you pay.
How do we book?
Choose a safari and a date, and pay a 30% deposit. The balance is due 60 days before travel.
Which safari is best for a first visit?
For Uganda, the 8-day gorilla and wildlife safari covers the highlights. For Rwanda, the 7-day primates and Big Five covers all three parks.
