• Booking details: passport names and numbers needed for gorilla and chimpanzee permits, dietary and medical notes you choose to share, and payment records.
• Website data: basic analytics about how the site is used, and a stored currency preference in your browser.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your questions, plan and operate your safari, buy permits in your names, book lodges and flights, and send booking documents. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email to send it, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to run your trip: the park authorities that issue permits, the lodges and airlines we book for you, and our payment provider. We don't sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Send your request through our trip request form or on WhatsApp.
