Tell us when you'd like to travel and how many of you there are. The more you tell us, the better the first plan. You'll get a day-by-day plan and an all-inclusive quote for your private safari within 24 hours, and you can change it as often as you like before paying a deposit.
What happens next
1. We reply within 24 hours
With a day-by-day plan, lodge suggestions and a full quote for your dates and group.
2. You shape the plan
Change anything you like: lodges, pace, extra nights or a second country. There is no charge for changes before booking.
3. A 30% deposit confirms it
We then buy permits in your names and confirm every lodge in writing. The balance is due 60 days before travel.

What should we include in our message?
Your preferred dates, the number of travellers and their ages, what you most want to see, and a rough budget per person if you have one.
Can you plan a trip that isn't on the website?
Yes. Every itinerary can be changed, and we plan trips from scratch across Uganda and Rwanda.
How far ahead should we book?
For gorilla trekking in June to September or December to February, three to six months ahead is best, because permits are limited.
